The bilingual motivation semester of Port34 AG, the bridging offer SEMO/MOVE Seeland & Jura bernois (SJB) in Biel/Bienne, is a professional integration program for young people looking for an apprenticeship. Due to an increase in places, we are strengthening our team To strengthen our team in the GUG (Garden Environment Health) work area, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Work Agogist ## (distributed over 4 working days) Your tasks: ### • Solution- and resource-oriented support of the young people for the further development of their key professional competencies • Guiding work processes in the Garden-Environment-Health work area, with a focus on integration into vocational training • Content-related and organizational responsibility for the sub-area Environment and Health as well as the co-development of the ongoing realignment • Cultivation, care, and processing of herbs, wild plants, and vegetables • Writing instructions and modules for the production of plant-based products (e.g., herb salt, tea blends, ointments, preserved vegetables, etc.) • Coordination and planning of work content for German- and French-speaking participants in the team and with partner organizations • Interdisciplinary cooperation, administrative tasks, and documentation Your profile: ### • Basic training and professional experience in an agricultural, manual, or domestic area and training/experience as a work agogist or social pedagogue • Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or comparable professional fields • Solution-oriented way of working and joy in working with adolescents and young adults in a dynamic and multicultural environment • Teamwork skills, flexibility, reliability, initiative, and organizational talent • Interest in sustainability and ecological topics • Native language German or French and good communication skills in the respective other language We offer: ### • A varied and meaningful activity in a committed team • The opportunity to participate in the development of the work area and contribute own ideas • Resource-oriented approach with a lot of creative freedom in a dynamic environment • Regular working hours (Monday to Friday) Do you feel addressed?
