What awaits you ## • Leading complex transformation programs in the areas of Operational Excellence, supply chain, manufacturing excellence, and performance improvement. • Developing sustainable visions, strategies, and implementation programs with clients* to increase efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. • Managing interdisciplinary project teams and communicating equally with management and C-level at the client, in order to position yourself as a trusted partner for strategic decisions. • Exploiting the full potential of AI and data analytics to design intelligent data-based products and services and lead our clients into the next technological era. What you bring ## Passion for the digital transformation of organizations and processes, with a realistic vision and a global perspective on organization, processes, tools & people, as well as: • Several years of consulting experience: At least 5 years in a leading strategy, operations, or management consulting firm or in a comparable leadership role in industry, including at least two years in a similar role in Switzerland. • Deep knowledge in Operational Excellence (e.g., procurement, supply chain management, factory planning, smart factory) • Analytical problem-solving skills with a strong results orientation, personal initiative, willingness to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurship. • Mastery of management and C-Level interlocutors at the client - from stakeholder management to convincing presentation of results and recommendations (English/German C1 - other languages desired). • Excellent ability to work in a team, social skills, great capacity for listening and communication, as well as the willingness to continuously develop yourself and others. • An above-average master's degree with a technical or economic specialization. • Knowledge of MBSE, AI applications, or equivalent (otherwise: we offer it internally!)
