Someone who does not just pore over paragraphs, but shows solutions and actively helps shape the digital future of the legal department. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks AI & Legaltech Pioneer: You actively drive AI processes and Legal-Tech solutions at the USZ. This includes automated contract creation/review, AI-supported research, the legal risk assessment of AI tools, and the establishment of guidelines for dealing with AI models in everyday hospital life. Legal Diversity: You advise the hospital management and the clinics on all legal questions of hospital operations: in medical and health law, patient and research law, in public personnel and procurement law as well as contract law. Generalist or Specialist: You choose - deployment across the entire legal breadth of the USZ or targeted deepening in your specific field of expertise. Practical consulting: You work closely on projects in interdisciplinary teams. You have a direct line to the people who specifically need your pragmatic assessment. Your profile The Foundation: You have a successful legal degree (MLaw / Lizentiat, additional training is an advantage) and bring sound professional experience as a legal generalist. Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus, but not a must. The Tech Focus: You possess high digital competence and are passionate about the opportunities of AI. You have already implemented initial Legal-Tech projects, are accompanying their implementation, or bring a corresponding additional qualification. Your Personality: Initiative, curiosity, enthusiasm for innovation, and a reliable sense for corporate legal consulting. You work independently, think in networks, and communicate clearly.
