Senior Physician Pediatric Oncology and Hematology 80-100%

Your field of activity ### • In consultation with the Chief Physician and together with two peer Senior Physicians, you have the professional responsibility for our oncological-hematological pediatric ward as well as the outpatient care of oncological/hematological/hemostasiological patients • All treatments are carried out interdisciplinarily within the framework of SPOG, GPOH, SIOP therapy optimization studies (where available) with a specialized nursing team and psycho-oncological and psychosocial support (without bone marrow transplantation) • You undertake consultative activities for the Kinderspital Luzern and other clinics of the LUKS • You participate in the 24/7 on-call service of the pediatric oncology and competently support the Chief Physician in your specialist area Your experience ### • You hold a medical specialist title in pediatrics and adolescent medicine with a focus on pediatric oncology-hematology or are close to completing your subspecialization • You are characterized by high social competence, teamwork skills, as well as appreciative and audience-appropriate communication in dealing with patients, relatives, and staff • You work independently, structured, and responsibly and maintain an overview even in demanding situations • You value interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation and actively contribute to the further development of the clinic and its processes Your perspectives ### • A medically very demanding and satisfying activity in a collegial team awaits you • Good continuing education and further training opportunities are a matter of course • You benefit from very good social benefits and attractive employment conditions.
