Job role ###### Host/Hostess ##### Job description ###### About Wemolo: Wemolo offers the digital solution for parking spaces and can capture control signs of all vehicles when entering and exiting through an innovative scanner technology and thus calculate the parking time. The payment of the parking process is made by entering the control sign at the cash machine or via a digital payment option. What we are looking for: The team needs a Parkplatzeinweiser/in (m/w/x) for the introduction of the system. Your tasks: - Explanation of the barrier- and ticketless parking system from Wemolo - Support of customers during the payment process at the cash machine - Conducting surveys on the new parking system - Collection of improvement suggestions and the impression on site - Possibly further auxiliary tasks Wemolo will give you a telephone introduction on the parking lot punctually at the start of your shift. If you arrive by car, you can park free of charge on the parking lot for the duration of your deployment. Please register your control sign with your Wemolo contact person during the introduction.
