Due to a succession plan, we are looking for our waste disposal company in Ziefen (BL) a: Team Leader - "Coarse and Fine Sorting" - 100% (m/f/d) Your missions: • Active participation in operations, particularly in the sorting of special waste • Organization of processes and operations of the "Coarse and Fine Sorting" department • Personnel management and control of tasks performed • Optimization of treatment throughput and costs • Regular safety checks • Coordination of deliveries, collections, and special transports • Organization of special waste collections in municipalities as well as cleaning and disposal operations at customers • Transmission of monthly inventories Your profile: • Completed vocational training in a chemical-technical field • Professional experience in an operational and chemical work environment • Several years of team management experience • Category B driver's license and forklift certification desired • Good oral and written understanding of German • Punctuality, stress resistance, reliability, and rigor in work We offer: A modern working environment within a continuously evolving company.
