The company Groupe Volet SA, active in Suisse Romande in the fields of carpentry, sheet metal work and roofing, is looking for its sites in St-Légier, Mts-Pully, Orbe, Rolle, Maracon, Aigle and Siviriez for a: CFC Carpenter - Team Leader Your mission: • Lead a team • Help set up a carpentry sector • Master perfectly the execution documents (plans and tenders) • Organize the work of designated collaborators for realization • Require respect for execution plans and scheduling • Be a competent technical contact on the construction site • Manage minutes • Find solutions to simple or common problems • Organize and monitor the progress of work on construction sites • Perform measurements if necessary Your profile • Holder of a CFC carpenter certificate • Foreman's certificate or equivalent title would be a plus • Professional experience as a team leader (minimum 5 years) Your qualities • Ability to manage a team • Ability to take initiatives • Sense of responsibility • Motivated to take on new challenges Entry into function: immediately or by agreement If you think you match this position, do not hesitate to send us your complete application file with CV, certificates, diplomas and cover letter to the email address: kevin.aeberhard@volet.ch
