The GEVER specialist department is the transversal element for the operation and implementation of electronic business administration in all departments of the canton of Solothurn. For the GEVER specialist department, we are looking for a Business Analyst GEVER, 80-100%, to start immediately or by agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibilities • You are responsible for the connections with the knowledge carriers to the processes in all departments in the central GEVER specialist department. • You position yourself with analyses and solutions as a partnership service provider for all departments and work with working groups within the administration-wide GEVER specialist group to address equal or similar needs. • You control projects, ensure documented processes, and develop audits. From this, you will further develop the training modules for the digital work environment. • With support in the general operation of the GEVER specialist department, you deal with the diverse GEVER challenges and ensure continuity. Your profile • You apply the models of business analysis and process management in a goal-oriented manner and are familiar with the basics of electronic business administration (GEVER) and data management. • You are already familiar with the organization with its diverse departments and administrative processes. • You communicate in a recipient-oriented manner and enjoy networking with the entire administration and technical partners. • In projects, you can orient yourself to the framework of Hermes and appreciate the freedom to work independently and develop new approaches.
