Kitchen Manager - CDI - 80 - 90% - Rotating Your missions: • You guarantee the smooth running of operations. • You take care of the preparation and processing of food items, as well as the cooking of food. • You rigorously manage stocks and take charge of internal and external orders. • You supervise kitchen assistants and ensure the maintenance of quality and the fluidity of service. • You guarantee scrupulous respect for food safety standards. • You pay particular attention to equipment and premises, thus creating a clean working environment. What you bring: • You have accumulated several years of experience in a similar position, thus demonstrating solid expertise. • You possess good knowledge of French. • Working on a continuous schedule, Sundays, weekends and public holidays does not constitute an obstacle for you. • Your ability to take on responsibilities and your warm approach are major assets. • Your professional background attests to your ability to work autonomously while remaining attentive to your hierarchy.
