Important notes: Night shift: 20:00 - 05:30 What you drive Operational responsibility: You ensure smooth picking processes in your temperature zone during the night shift and thereby contribute directly to ensuring our customers receive their orders reliably. Leadership & Development: You lead your team technically in everyday operations, promote the further development of employees, and support the team lead in leadership tasks. Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros-QM) are consistently maintained and lead by example. Communication & Cooperation: You ensure the flow of information and, if necessary, bring topics from the team specifically to the responsible departments. Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement, contribute your ideas, and support the further development of our processes and workflows. What you bring with you Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: Logistics Professional experience: 3+ years Logistics / Leadership Experience in logistics: Several years of professional experience including a qualification in logistics or the production environment. Leadership competence: You bring initial experience in the technical leadership of teams and know how to motivate and develop employees. Organizational skills: You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even during high workloads, and set the right priorities. Working hours: You are prepared to work permanently in our night shift from 20:00 to 05:30. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, enjoy working across departments, and ensure collaborative cooperation based on trust. IT skills: You work confidently with MS Office and ideally bring experience with warehouse management or ERP systems.
