Wok Cook/Chef (m/f) 80-100% at Nooch Reinach in Basel The Nooch Asian Kitchen has been bringing the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland since 2004 and is one of the most established concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family. With our latest location in the historic "Ochseneck" in Reinach, we are now opening a new, exciting chapter. Under the motto "Timeless roots. Modern soul," we are reviving a house full of memories and combining the consistency of the region with the urban spirit of Singapore. Our guests can expect not only the full Nooch range from fresh curries to the popular "Sushi All You Can Eat," but also a place of modern encounter. The restaurant has 70 stylish seats on the ground floor and an exclusive hall with 40 seats on the first floor for events and parties. The experience is complemented by a dynamic take-away and delivery service. To complement our warm and well-rehearsed team, we are looking for a motivated Wok Cook/Chef (m/f) 80-100% as of 01. October 2026 or by agreement Your versatile tasks: • Prepare mise en place for lunch and dinner service - everything for a smooth process • Prepare wok dishes? Exactly your thing - you prepare the dishes on the menu independently • You are a quality professional and maintain the freshness standards of our food offer • General cleaning work?
