You advise our global sales locations on all technical matters and competently support service departments through various channels - including on-site assignments. In doing so, you provide valuable feedback to development and marketing, thereby contributing to the continuous optimization of our products.   What tasks will you undertake? • You competently advise our global sales locations on all technical questions regarding our entire product range. • You support the service departments of our sales companies via the Case Management Tool, by telephone, or directly on-site. • If required, you undertake short-term and exciting service assignments around the globe. • You actively participate in the creation and updating of our product manuals. • You provide valuable feedback to development and marketing to continuously optimize our products. • You work closely with internal and external partners to solve technical challenges efficiently.   What do we expect from you?  • You have a degree as an engineer or technician in process engineering, mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, or electrical engineering - or possess a comparable qualification. • You have sound professional practice and field experience in industrial measurement technology, ideally in process engineering plants. • You are proficient in German in writing and speaking and communicate equally confidently in English. • You work reliably, independently, and flexibly - and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • You are enthusiastic about teamwork and actively contribute to constructive, solution-oriented cooperation. • You enjoy grasping complex technical contexts quickly and implementing them in practice.   What can you expect from us? • We are a family-run, committed company with a sustainable vision. • We promote lifelong learning with versatile training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge transfer, and e-learning. • We support work-life balance with flexible working hours. • We offer support for sustainable mobility solutions such as public transport. • We support family-friendly policies, including childcare places and childcare services during holidays.   How do you apply?
