Your responsibilities \-Advise and represent a clientele composed essentially of companies and institutions in the fields of labor law (individual and collective relations) and social insurance (AI, LAA, LAMal, LPP, etc.). \-Autonomously manage a portfolio of files, from the first consultation to the pleading. \-Draft contracts, legal opinions, appeals, and judicial acts. \-Participate in the development of the law firm and contribute to internal training. Your profile \-Swiss lawyer's patent, completed by a minimum of 7 years of experience in labor law and/or social insurance. \-Excellent writing skills and ease in pleading. \-Rigor, sense of priorities, and autonomy in file management. \-Very good relational skills and collaborative spirit. \-Mastery of French and English essential \#LI-Hybrid
