For our emerging business field, we are looking for a specialist for our inpatient professional management (VVG), who on the one hand understands how to put customer needs at the center, but on the other hand does not lose sight of the economic consequences. You independently check and process requests for cost guarantees in the field of VVG for inpatient treatments and initiate medical clarifications in a targeted and well-founded manner in close cooperation with our insured persons, service providers and our consulting doctors. You check and process invoices for medical treatments in the field of VVG additional benefits. You process incoming foreign invoices including claim cases and ensure correct and timely benefit processing. You are competently available to our insured persons and other stakeholders by telephone and in writing in German, Italian, French and English. You act as a technical contact person for our sales and for internal specialist departments and contribute to solution-oriented cooperation. You actively contribute your ideas and support the continuous optimization of processes and workflows in our benefits department. Ideally, you have experience in the inpatient benefits area of a health insurance company. You have a basic medical education (e.g., pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FaGe, nursing specialist) and/or a commercial education. You have a federal diploma of higher education as a health insurance specialist or social insurance specialist. You have excellent German skills in speaking and writing; a second national language (French or Italian) is mandatory, English skills are an advantage.
