The Bündner Spital- und Heimverband is the industry association of the Bündner health institutions. In the area of outpatient care, the Konferenz Spitex is committed to the professional development, quality assurance and networking of the Spitex organizations. As of January 1, 2027, we are creating a new specialist position for Spitex development and are looking for a structured and initiative personality. Nursing Expert MScN (40 - 60%) You can expect a versatile and forward-looking function with a large scope for design and development potential. Your tasks: Professional advice and support for member organizations on nursing and quality-related issues Support in the implementation of quality specifications and development topics Development of aids, guidelines and model concepts as well as accompaniment during their implementation in practice Initiation and management of projects, processing and coordination of common development topics Management of working groups and exchange of experiences Conducting training courses, workshops and webinars Promotion of knowledge transfer and best practices between organizations Networking and representation of nursing professional topics vis-à-vis relevant stakeholder groups Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with experience in Spitex Experience in quality development and project work Networked and forward-thinking Italienischkenntnisse are an advantage We offer modern employment conditions with flexible working hours.
