CONTROLLER MIT DATEN- & DIGITALFOKUS (M/W/D) Location Emmenbrücke | 80 to 100% workload | immediately or by agreement Your main tasks Advising customers on the digitization of financial and trust processes with a focus on automation and efficiency Analysis and optimization of accounting, payroll, tax and reporting processes using suitable tools Conception and implementation of BI and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI, Power Query, Excel/VBA) Development and scaling of practical AI application cases in the trust environment Leadership and implementation of digitization projects from requirement collection to implementation Further development of the internal digitization strategy and optimization of own processes Ensuring data quality by structuring, transforming and validating financial data Conducting workshops and training sessions to accompany change processes for customers and employees Your profile Sound education in controlling and trust-specific process understanding, preferably supplemented by know-how and experience with accounting applications Experience in data management, reporting and business intelligence with very good knowledge of PowerBI, PowerQuery, Excel macros/VBA, dashboards or similar tools Experience in project management Experience in process automation as well as structuring, transforming and validating financial and process data Practical understanding of the use of AI in the trust sector and ability to realistically evaluate and pilot use cases Ability to identify optimization potential and think across departments Ability to lead employees and customers through digital changes and structure customer requirements and projects and develop solutions Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, confident appearance, initiative and joy in digital innovations Your perspectives You can expect a independent, diverse and challenging activity in a dynamic work environment.
