A responsible use of resources forms the basis of our thinking and acting.    Your tasks • Independent management and processing of small to medium-sized projects across all planning phases • Development and implementation of architectural concepts with high design and constructive standards • Creation of working and detail plans in ArchiCAD • Coordination of specialist planners, authorities, and clients • Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs • Construction management of small to medium-sized projects • Participation in the further development of sustainable and future-proof construction projects   What you bring with you • Completed architecture studies (FH or ETH) • German language skills at least level C1 in speaking and writing • High standards for architecture, design, and execution quality • Several years of experience in project management • Several years of professional experience in Switzerland • Good knowledge of Swiss standards, building laws, and planning processes • Profound knowledge in tender and execution planning as well as in construction management • Interest in sustainable building • Very good ArchiCAD knowledge (2D/3D) • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a team   What we offer you • Exciting and varied projects (public buildings, elderly and nursing homes, office buildings, residential construction, gastronomy projects, heritage-protected buildings, etc.) • Independent working with short decision-making paths • Opportunities for professional and personal development • A committed, sympathetic team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Flexible working hours • Possibility for home office (1 day per week) • 27 vacation days per year • Attractive place of work only 2 minutes' walk from Olten station   We look forward to your complete application in German with a short cover letter, CV, work certificates, and portfolio.
