The Stiftung Sozialwerk Pfarrer Sieber (SWS) is committed to helping those in need on the basis of the Gospel. With around 200 employees and 250 volunteers, it operates several facilities in the health and social sectors in Zürich and the surrounding area and offers help in particular with homelessness, substance addiction, and other related health and social problems. Our emergency housing settlement Brothuuse with its three external residential groups (AWG) is aimed at people aged 24 and over who are looking for a way out of their housing and homelessness or are on the verge of homelessness. Here, those affected find shelter and professional support on their path of reorientation and the strengthening of their residential and social competencies. We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: Allrounder 40% A task that challenges: • Clearing, cleaning, and preparing rooms • Various cleaning tasks • Janitorial and gardening work, such as mowing lawns, shoveling snow, spreading salt in winter, etc. • Manual work and minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, replacing shower curtains, etc. • Management of donated food as well as occasional distribution to clients • Carrying out disposal and shopping trips • Occasional accompaniment and transport of clients A profile that convinces: • Manual dexterity • Sociable and team-oriented personality • Motivated and dynamic way of working • Flexibility and resilience • German language skills • Driver's license Cat.
