A Registered Nurse at 80% (40% Float Nurse and 40% PLAISIR/PLEX evaluator) Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the médico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These accommodate 91 and 84 residents respectively. Approximately 100 employees per institution are employed there. To complete the care team of the EMS Saint-Loup, we are looking for a 9-month fixed-term contract: A Registered Nurse at 80% (40% Float Nurse and 40% PLAISIR/PLEX evaluator) Mission and responsibilities: In service of the institutional project, the person is responsible for providing residents with personalized nursing care, of a preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative nature, adapted to their physical and mental state. He/she contributes, through their skills and analyses, to the care and support process defined with the resident and, if applicable, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, the treating physician and the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications and skills: Diploma in general nursing with the right to practice in Geneva Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of geriatrics, psycho-geriatrics and palliative care Evaluator certificate for the PLAISIR and PLEX systems Clinical specialty, an asset Spoken and written French language Knowledge of IT and care software Good ability to adapt Very good analytical skills Great sense of responsibility, organization and service Rigor and a constructive spirit Work environment: The institution offers its employees a work environment promoting the principles of respect and ethics, as well as the development of skills.
