As part of our development, we are looking for an IT Manager / ERP Developer to strengthen our team IT Manager at 80% (M/F) Your mission Attached to the management, you pilot the development, optimization, and technical support of our ERP system. You also ensure the first-level computer maintenance of the company as well as the follow-up of good practices in terms of cybersecurity. ERP development and management (60%) • Main contact: You are the direct point of contact with the proALPHA publisher and you position yourself as the guarantor of the technical support of the platform. • Programming: You take charge of and master the dedicated programming language of the tool to ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the system. • Analysis and integration: You analyze the needs of users, develop specific solutions or modules, and automate recurring tasks. • Planning: You configure and model resources as well as planning capacities in the tool. IT support and maintenance (20%) • External link: You are the reference interlocutor and the single point of contact with our external IT provider. • Internal support: You manage the daily first-level IT support (hardware and software) for all employees. • Infrastructure monitoring: You check, in collaboration with the external provider, the proper functioning of the computer park, the maintenance of basic infrastructures, and the respect of cybersecurity rules by users. • Operational security: You guarantee the redundancy and strict execution of backups of production machines. Your profile • Education: Degree in IT management, computer engineering, or equivalent training. • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of practical experience in the development and management of an industrial ERP. • Technical skills: Mastery of ERP architectures (experience with proALPHA is a major asset). o Proven skills in computer development and database queries (SQL). o Ability to quickly diagnose common failures and effectively manage the interventions of the external provider (servers and networks). • Languages: Good knowledge of English or German is essential for technical exchanges and documentation follow-up. • Required qualities: Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, results-oriented, and strong user service sense.
