The Apprenticeship In the four-year apprenticeship as Informatikerin EFZ Plattformentwicklung / zum Informatiker EFZ Plattformentwicklung, you will learn to build, configure, operate, and further develop server systems, networks, and ICT platforms. Your training begins with a basic training year, in which you acquire the most important technical fundamentals. Subsequently, you will work on exciting ICT projects and ensure that systems, networks, and digital services function securely, efficiently, and reliably. In doing so, you will deal with, among other things, Cloud technologies, virtualization, automation, as well as the topics of information security and data protection. Your training is supplemented by inter-company courses, projects, and events, in which you continuously develop your specialist, methodical, social, and self-competencies. The Requirements You attend Sekundarschule A and achieve good results, especially in mathematics, German, and English. You are interested in informatics and technical contexts and possess analytical as well as logical-abstract thinking abilities.
