The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts and pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. This keeps us agile, independent and efficient. What you can achieve: • Operation and monitoring of production facilities including injection molding, automation and packaging systems • Recognizing, analyzing and rectifying simple malfunctions as well as initiating suitable immediate measures • Reporting and documenting malfunctions as well as collaborating with maintenance on technical problems • Performing quality controls and documentation • Documentation of production data and plant statuses • Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality regulations What you bring with you: • Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial profession or comparable professional experience • Experience as an equipment operator, machine operator or production employee • Technical understanding as well as confident handling of process control systems and production facilities • Independent, careful and responsible way of working • Teamwork skills, reliability and assertiveness • Resilient and flexible • Readiness to work in 3 - shift operation • Good German skills (B1) Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at jobs.hamilton.ch.
