Housekeeper - Family Assistant

We wish to establish a long-term collaboration with a person who is trustworthy, reliable, discreet, organized, and deeply committed to their work. This versatile position combines childcare, daily household management, and support for family organization. Your main missions Ensure children's travel between home, school, and extracurricular activities. Ensure their safety, well-being, and comfort during care periods. Prepare breakfast, snacks, and certain meals. Ensure the routine maintenance of the home (cleaning, laundry, tidying). Perform grocery shopping and daily purchases. Actively participate in the organization and smooth running of the house, demonstrating initiative and anticipation. The position is organized mainly in the early morning, during the day, and in the late afternoon, for an activity rate of approximately 50%. Profile sought We are looking for a person: • speaking French perfectly • holder of a valid driver's license • having a personal vehicle allowing for the transport of children • benefiting from a permit to work in Switzerland • non-smoker • holder of a valid first aid certification (BLS-AED or equivalent training) • organized, autonomous, punctual, and rigorous • kind with children, while knowing how to demonstrate calm, discernment, and authority when circumstances require it • discreet and respectful of the confidentiality inherent to an activity carried out within a private home.
