Your tasks You will assume professional responsibility in existing mandates and, together with our interdisciplinary team, further develop scientifically sound and practical offerings. Your tasks include: Support of existing offerings in the field of prevention and occupational health management (BGM) professional support for services and digital instruments professional testing of technical implementations and formulation of further development requirements Conducting continuing education and qualification of specialists Coordination of customer concerns and cooperation with different stakeholders Participation in evaluations, quality assurance and impact models Development and testing of survey instruments and quality criteria Collection, analysis and understandable processing of quantitative and qualitative data Support of existing customers Acquisition of new mandates and creation of offers In addition, you will contribute to the development of new offerings regarding current changes in the working world. Your profile You bring with you: a university degree in health or work and organizational psychology several years of experience in consulting, organizational development, occupational health experience with quantitative and qualitative surveys the ability to derive clear and practical recommendations from data experience in the management or professional steering of complex projects interest in digital working worlds and organizational change processes enjoyment of customer work, acquisition, offers and interest in the development of new services very good German skills as well as good English skills You combine scientific diligence with pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking.
