As of 1 October 2026, we are looking for a service-oriented, reliable, and sports-affine personality for the newly created position in the Leisure and Sports Facilities department as Sports Facilities Specialist (100%) - Focus on Customer Service Your main tasks: Maintenance & Care of sports facilities Participation in the professional care of sports surfaces (natural and artificial turf), park facilities, and traffic areas Carrying out repair and maintenance work on sports equipment, structural facilities, and machines Responsibility for safety, order, and cleanliness in all facilities Guest Service & Infrastructure Competent care, advice, and support for our guests Contact person for sports clubs and organizers, including advice on the optimal use of the facilities Ensuring the correct use of the sports, facility, and building infrastructure Organization & Support Collaboration at sports events Support in the bathing operations (indoor pool/lido) as well as on-call readiness What you bring with you: Professional qualifications Completed training as a gardener in garden, landscape, and sports field construction or basic vocational training with experience in green space and sports field maintenance Ideally Brevet Badmeister incl.
