Human Resources Specialist 80% - 100% (w/m/d) SOCAR Energy Switzerland, a subsidiary of the state energy company of the Republic of Azerbaijan, plays a dynamic role in the energy market. The company combines classic gas station services with forward-looking energy solutions to offer a wide spectrum of modern energy services. This ranges from conventional gas stations and its own supply fleet with fuel tankers and product tanks to advanced infrastructures for oil, hydrogen, and electromobility. For our Human Resources department, we are looking for, by arrangement, to strengthen our team: Human Resources Specialist 80% - 100% (w/m/d) In this demanding and independent position, you are responsible for the care and support of the Regional Managers and their employees in all HR matters. You have completed training as an HR specialist and report directly to the Head of Human Resources. Your tasks: Consulting, support, and point of contact for all assigned Regional Managers and their employees at the stations in all HR matters Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit, including the creation of contracts and certificates Occasional support during the recruitment process Responsible for the preparation and control of the monthly payroll runs for hourly and monthly earners On-site support for our employees at the stations and participation in meetings Close cooperation with the absence team in cases of absence Participation in HR projects Your profile: Completed training as an HR specialist Professional experience in a similar function Experience in payroll preparation is desirable Abacus - knowledge is an advantage Confident German (w/s) as well as other languages such as Italian and French are an advantage Resilient, trustworthy personality with assertiveness Networked thinking and high social competence What we offer: Flexible working hours Centrally located Uncomplicated corporate culture Good social benefits Pay equity Attractive benefits Further training opportunities Have we aroused your interest?
