In this context, we are looking for our new Digitalizers campus, located in Lonay: One « Citizen Developer » Mentor 100% (CDI) From October 2026 or to be agreed *Digitalizers is an immersive training program intended for job seekers wishing to develop the indispensable skills in a world of work undergoing full transformation. Thanks to a 100% practical approach, participants develop their mastery of digital tools, notably artificial intelligence, current working methods as well as human skills essential to their employability. Learning is built around concrete projects carried out in a collaborative and innovative environment. The program relies on a team of specialized mentors, each an expert in their field, who accompany participants through interdisciplinary projects.* Your mission You will accompany adults in professional transition with exigence, humanity, and impact, respecting the huumyk pedagogical framework by developing their skills, professional posture, and employability. You will design training paths related to the development of no-code applications, process automation, the integration of digital tools, and the creation of business solutions augmented by artificial intelligence. The continuous improvement of content and the quality of the measure, in collaboration with the entire team, will also be part of your daily life. Your daily life • Individually accompany participants in their progress, their autonomy, and their professional project • Have participants work on concrete cases related to process automation, the design of no-code solutions, the integration of digital tools, and the application of artificial intelligence in their professional practices • Observe progress, give feedback, and adapt your support to each person's needs • Design and lead training sessions on low-code/no-code solutions, automation, Data and dashboards, Product management and UX, web development, cybersecurity among other themes related to new technologies • Collaborate with other mentors and internal teams to guarantee a consistent and high-quality participant experience • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content, tools, pedagogical practices, and the organization as a whole Your profile • Proven experience in process automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and the integration of AI into business processes • Understanding of the basics of software architecture, databases and SQL, as well as front-end and full-stack web development • Proven use of tools such as n8n, Cursor, GitHub, Figma, Power BI, Power Apps, Vercel, Supabase, Notion and Lovable, or equivalent solutions • Experience in training, coaching, or support is a serious asset, ideally you possess the FSEA 1 in adult training • Residing in Switzerland is a requirement, ideally in the canton of Vaud Your superpowers • You demonstrate listening, adaptability, and a mentor posture that promotes progress • You know how to create a learning framework that is at once demanding, benevolent, and empowering • You encourage autonomy, experimentation, and continuous improvement • You possess a modern vision of process improvement, where automation, no-code solutions, and artificial intelligence serve humans, collaboration, and performance • You enjoy working in a team and contributing to collaborative projects • You are curious, you explore new tools and naturally share your learnings Joining huumyk means joining a moving organization, driven by a strong vision, a culture of continuous improvement, and the desire to build useful solutions aligned with field realities.
