Job Description Your team and your mission You will actively support, with your team, valuation and consulting mandates for institutional and private real estate investors as well as for the public sector. After careful integration, you will work autonomously or in collaboration with an experienced interdisciplinary team and develop solid decision-making bases for our clients. You proceed in an organized and efficient manner, maintain an overview even on complex subjects, and find pragmatic solutions. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas and to develop professionally. Your area of responsibility • Real estate valuations according to the discounted cash flow method and other methods • Economic analyses of real estate properties and construction projects • Usage concepts and profitability calculations • Sustainability assessments of real estate properties • Object analyses and strategic consulting In this position, you will discover different areas of real estate consulting and valuation, accumulate valuable practical experience, and establish contacts in a large network of experts. You will be supported by extensive databases on the construction and real estate market as well as by modern IT tools.
