Accounting Manager - Orbe

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accounting Manager supervises the entire Accounting Manager (M/F/D) \- Orbe (VD) Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accounting Manager supervises the entire Swiss accounting scope and manages a team of two people in charge of the supplier and customer cycles. He/she also intervenes in coordination with subsidiaries, external partners, auditors, and tax advisors. Accounting Manager (M/F/D) \- Orbe (VD) Our client is a well-established Vaud industrial SME. Missions \* Supervision of general and auxiliary accounting across the entire scope \* Validation of complex entries (provisions, fixed assets, stocks) \* Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to IFRS standards \* Preparation of financial statements and coordination of audits \* Production and reliability of group reporting and consolidation work \* Cash management and development of cash-flow forecasts \* Monitoring of banking relations, financing, and factoring solutions \* Supervision of supplier and customer cycles, including credit risk \* Guarantee of tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, local obligations) \* Contribution to the evolution of tools (ERP, consolidation tools) and process improvement \* Coordination with internal and external interlocutors (subsidiaries, fiduciary companies, auditors) \* Management, support, and skill development of the accounting team Candidate Profile \* Higher education in finance/accounting, ideally Federal Diploma or equivalent \* Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, including a role with responsibility \* Experience in consolidation and multi-entity environments \* Good command of IFRS standards and international environments \* First successful experience in team management \* Solid mastery of Excel and ERP systems \* Appetite for system projects and process improvement \* Autonomous, rigorous, and structured profile \* Ability to combine operational tasks and an overview vision \* Good interpersonal skills and ability to evolve in a transversal environment Conditions and Advantages Our client offers you: \* A stimulating work environment with projects and responsibilities; \* A professional and collaborative team; \* Attractive working conditions; jpid2eb0d74jm jpit0727jm jpiy26jm
