WEYTEC \- EMPOWERING PEOPLE Quality Manager 80-100% (m/f/d) As Quality Manager, you are responsible for global quality management at WEYTEC \- across our products and services. You ensure that "Swiss Made" is a measurable, lived standard. You are the central contact person for all quality topics, internally as well as towards our customers in environments where failures are not an option. You further drive our quality management system and make continuous improvement a culture. Your Impact: You are responsible for our global quality management system and continuously develop it further You manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control and ensure the quality of our products and services You analyze quality KPIs and perform root cause analyses as well as corrective and preventive measures Responsibility for quality, environmental as well as Health & Safety topics within the Group You plan and accompany audits and are the central contact person for quality and audit questions You merge quality, environment and safety (ISO ) into an integrated management system You work closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Service and anchor quality as a shared standard in short: You do not understand quality as a control instance, but as a promise that we fulfill every day.
