Ittigen, Switzerland (and Home Office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Accompany members of the executive board to meetings with external stakeholders • Create minutes of meetings with stakeholders and manage follow-up control • Support in the preparation and ensuring the editorial and audience-appropriate quality of political affairs for the attention of the Federal Council, Parliament, Department, and executive board • Support in the organization of international conferences in Switzerland as well as the preparation of Switzerland's participation in international negotiations in the field of environmental policy • Collaborate in the creation of reports and decision-making bases in the field of science-policy (climate, biodiversity, pollution) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in political, social, or humanities • Very confident and adept in written expression, experience in editing texts • Good knowledge of political processes in Switzerland, administrative experience, and a pronounced interest in federal politics, especially environmental policy • Independent, resilient, and flexible personality who enjoys working in a small team • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language as well as English and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell Contribute to the implementation of Swiss environmental policy with your knowledge of political processes and your editorial skills.
