Job description ## • Organize and supervise the entirety of culinary production • Supervise, support, and motivate the kitchen team • Guarantee a constant quality of services • Plan production and ensure the smooth running of service • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards • Participate in the development of menus and their implementation • Ensure efficient management of goods, orders, and costs • Collaborate closely with the various interlocutors on site We expect ## • Recognized professional training in the field of cuisine • Confirmed experience as a Head Chef, ideally in collective catering • Excellent organizational and priority management skills • Natural leadership and the ability to unite a team • Sense of responsibility and autonomy • High standards in terms of quality and hygiene • Comfortable in an environment requiring rigor, efficiency, and reactivity • Very good command of French We offer ## • An opportunity to join a structured and dynamic professional environment, with concrete responsibilities and a central role in the smooth running of the kitchen.
