YOUR ROLE The PLM Project Manager position is attached to the PLM & ADE department, within the Digital Coordination line of the Production division. We are looking for an experienced PLM Project Manager whose mission will be to steer projects related to the PLM approach in order to guarantee the standardization, structuring, and reuse of data within the PLM, with an objective of multi-business and multi-sector alignment. The position is based in Acacias Centre, with regular travel to other production sites: Genève (Acacias, Chêne-Bourg, Plan-les-Ouates) and Bienne. *Activities* Activities: - Steering PLM projects by ensuring the homogeneity and standards of practices in view of the objectives set by the PLM approach (specifications, planning, deadlines, milestones, monitoring, communication, risks, quality, value) - Aligning, coordinating, and working in partnership with other PLM Project Managers in their project steering (prioritization, macro and micro roadmap/planning, deadlines, milestones, monitoring, communication, risk, quality, value) • Ensuring the coordination of internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, partners/suppliers if applicable) • Anticipating and managing risks and dependencies at their level, preparing arbitrations for programs and projects (forecasts, monitoring, alerts, risk analyses) • Handling communication and management of instances at their level: preparation of materials, reporting, facilitation, minutes, follow-up of decisions and actions - Facilitating workshops with business representatives to ensure the adoption of best practices and to secure value, quality, deadlines and to meet the needs of the businesses/sites in connection with their challenges and their roadmap. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Engineering degrees in mechanics HES, Bachelor, Master or equivalent - Experience in managing cross-functional projects, within large structures (min 10 years global experience including 5 years in PLM project steering) - Project management certifications a plus: PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA - Mandatory expertise in PLM data migration, CAD and associated tools - Experience in large-scale industrial environments with a deep knowledge of industrialization professions, as well as digital transformation - Mastery of Waterfall / Agile / hybrid project steering methods - Indispensable technical experience on PLM, Windchill, Creo - Tools: Office suite, Monday, MS Project/Jira/Confluence steering tools, reporting notions. - Leadership capacity in order to be able to coordinate operational teams - Sense of responsibility, pedagogy, ability to involve business teams and to facilitate convergence and buy-in - Perfect written/oral communication - Priority management, assertiveness, proactive, results orientation - Collaboration, team spirit, autonomous - Languages: fluent French Genève, Switzerland WHAT WILL YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR WORK HERE? • In our engineering academy, you will have access to more than 60,000 hours of world-class training - designed to stimulate your growth from day one.
