The Swiss Federal University for Professional Education and Training HEFP is the Swiss expert organization for professional education and training. For the Training sector in Lausanne, we are looking for a Regional Head of Pedagogy and Didactics of Professional Education and Training 80% - 100% Your responsibilities You are responsible for the Enabling Education domain and actively contribute to the strategic development of education in the field of professional pedagogy in French-speaking Switzerland. You play a driving role in the professional education and training of tomorrow, particularly in the specific areas of pedagogy and didactics of professional education and training for those responsible for professional education and training. You participate, with the relevant managers and various stakeholders in professional education and training, in the development of a coherent offer of enabling and continuing education and training, proposed under one roof. You assume tasks of leadership and development of interdisciplinary teams in technical, organizational, financial, and personnel matters. You promote collaboration between the Lausanne, Zollikofen, and Lugano sites and strengthen the transfer of knowledge at the national level. You represent the Education and Training sector in teaching institutions, associations, companies, and cantonal partner organizations in French-speaking Switzerland. You link scientific knowledge and practice-oriented professional education and training and make a significant contribution to the quality and visibility of HEFP.
