Then you might soon be our new team member. During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to complete various deployments in our 4 branches (Aarau, Kölliken, Lenzburg and Oberentfelden). Application questions instead of a letter of motivation Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ extended basic education (with or without sports education) or with a vocational maturity. What do you bring? ## Academically: • Completed primary school (district or secondary school) with good grades • Very good German language skills, fluent in writing and speaking • Prerequisites for learning one or two foreign languages • With vocational maturity: Very good performance in the top school level, passed admission exam Personally: • Contact-friendly and communicative • Joy of learning • Teamwork • Reliability and precise work • Open to new things Interests: • Enjoyment of banking day-to-day business and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and in the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
