Product Development & Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/w/d) 80-100%

Your main areas of responsibility are: ‒ Active participation in the discovery and development of new product innovations ‒ Processing of development projects and independent implementation of laboratory approaches and product tests ‒ Carrying out panel tests in cooperation with Product Management ‒ Preparation and accompaniment of the transfer of projects into production ‒ Direct contact with raw material suppliers ‒ Expansion of know-how and «being up-to-date» through attendance at seminars and trade fairs ‒ Participation in internal training sessions for product innovations ‒ Collaboration on adjustments to ISO documents in the technical field ‒ Preparation of external statements (technical background) ‒ Support with customer inquiries ‒ Support with department-internal evaluations ‒ Participation in the area of Regulatory Affairs (including review of claims & marketing materials for accuracy, raw material clarifications with suppliers, information and implementation of changes in laws for cosmetics, creation of documents for product registrations in export countries) Your profile is: ‒ Training as a Drogist*in EFZ, Drogist*in HF, Laborant*in EFZ / Chemie, Laborant*in HFP, Pharma-Assistent*in or similar ‒ Laboratory and process experience, preferably in the field of (cosmetic) product development ‒ High affinity for products from the cosmetics industry ‒ Experience in quality and process management is an advantage ‒ Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the cosmetics sector ‒ Very good German language skills and good English language skills
