As part of the development of our activities and the continuous optimization of our Supply Chain, we are looking for a SCHEDULER M-F-D - 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You ensure the proper functioning of the internal logistics flow and ensure the tasks necessary for the distribution of our products. • Edit production orders according to the production plan using the requirements calculation from the ERP • Ensure the monitoring of production orders and deliveries in the workshops • Manage the arbitration of priorities in case of overload in certain sectors • Ensure the availability of purchased or outsourced components and carry out follow-ups with the relevant departments • Ensure the accuracy of production data and its update • Identify and analyze any shortcomings or discrepancies • Manage changes during production • Propose and analyze relevant KPIs for activity management, notably the performance indicators of the workshops • Propose and implement improvement actions YOUR PROFILE • CFC in logistics, or equivalent training • Operational practice of an ERP • Experience in scheduling, ideally in watchmaking or a precision industrial sector • Rigor, analytical capacity and sense of priorities • Ease in communication and team spirit • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and to adapt to changes • French language WE OFFER Internal evolution opportunities - a pleasant working environment - participation in exceptional projects requiring advanced expertise - a young and dynamic company, at the forefront of technology and leader in its activity - salary remuneration adapted to the requirements.
