About the position We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, IES (Integrated Energy Systems) to manage and optimize the performance of our energy storage and on-site delivery projects. Your primary responsibility will be to execute commercial agreements with our customers and suppliers while collaborating with and managing internal members of the engineering, procurement, and construction execution teams. Your responsibilities may also include working with external consultants, service providers, vendors, and suppliers to deliver our projects with efficiency and quality. As we grow rapidly and secure more contracts globally, you will help document and build scalable processes, technologies, and products. \\n Your mission: • * Build and strengthen the relationship with your client counterparts and other key stakeholders through active engagement and timely delivery of our commitments. • * Ensure project execution, including safety, quality, cost, and schedule, in accordance with contractual obligations and the scope of work. • * Work with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners to develop schedules, deliverables, budgets, staffing plans, forecasts to completion, change management, and other support needs for assigned projects. • * Promote the project Health & Safety program by setting the standard and leading by example. • * Lead and manage project team resources, on-site and remotely, to ensure efficient execution of the scope of work. • * Facilitate and coordinate handovers between different project phases, e.g., commercial proposals, project initiation, project execution, and client handover. • * Manage, report, and control project costs and schedule through all project phases. • * Administer the project in accordance with contractual requirements and procedures. • * Ensure communication with stakeholders and the project team. • * Orchestrate project closure and document lessons learned. • * Monitor progress against the established program and make decisions to modify or update the schedule and resource allocation as needed to meet deadlines. • * Report project progress and issue analysis to key stakeholders, including executive management and internal functional teams. • * Identify, manage, and obtain approval for any contractual change that may impact scope, cost, and/or schedule. • * Ensure compliance with controlled budgets and baseline schedules. • * Provide recovery action plans when critical milestones are not met in order to get the project back on track. • * Manage all commercial aspects of the project, including invoicing and issuance of upstream and downstream purchase orders. • * Coordinate with support teams for equipment logistics and material transport. • Your profile: • * More than 10 years of direct experience in managing EPC projects, preferably in the construction of energy storage systems, substations, photovoltaics, or other large-scale electrical projects. • * Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or similar), management, or a related field preferred. • * More than 2 years of experience in BESS, energy storage, or photovoltaic projects preferred. • * Experience in independent supervision of large multi-million dollar projects. • * Experience in obtaining permits from local authorities. • * Experience in commissioning and interconnection of proj
