Agricultural Helper

Collaboration on an agricultural operation with mainly specialty crops (vegetables, berries, fruit, etc.). Work on the instructions of the farm manager or other superiors. The most important tasks: maintenance and harvesting work in the field or in protected cultures, maintenance of machines and inventory, harvesting and sorting work, as well as other work that arises on the operation. Accommodation and food: provided by the deployment operation (benefits in kind). Contract basis: cantonal standard employment contract for agricultural employment relationships (NAV). Employment conditions and salary: according to the guidelines of the Swiss Farmers' Association (SBV).
