To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as: Polymechaniker / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) – Turning, Milling & Grinding What awaits you with us: • Custom manufacturing: Independent production of high-precision individual parts, prototypes or small series on modern CNC and conventional machines. • Process responsibility: Setting up, programming (or adjusting) and operating turning, milling or grinding centers. • Quality control: First-article inspection and ongoing in-process measurements including accurate documentation. • Machine maintenance: Regular maintenance, care of your workplace and changing of tools. Qualifications #### #### #### #### • Basic training: Completed apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Zerspanungsmechaniker or an equivalent training. • Machining expertise: In-depth practice in at least one of the areas of turning, milling or grinding (CNC or conventional). • Control knowledge: Routine in handling common controls (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens etc.) • Drawing proficiency: Confident reading of technical plans, geometric tolerances and positional tolerances as well as production schemes. • Quality assurance: Independent control with common measuring tools (micrometer, plug gauges, 3D measuring devices). • Material & tool knowledge: Good understanding of cutting data and various materials (e.g. steel, aluminum, titanium, plastics). Personal: • Precision: High standards for surface quality, fit accuracy and tight tolerances. • Self-responsibility: Structured and reliable way of working from the raw part to the finished part. • Team spirit: Collegial attitude and solution-oriented cooperation in the company. • Working hours: Readiness for shift work (e.g. 2-shift) is an advantage, employment in day operations is also possible.
