Then a versatile task awaits you here, in the Olten region, with very good transport connections, in which language, responsibility and humanity come together Tasks You process demanding, insurance-related matters and maintain dossiers cleanly, structurally and traceably You carefully check incoming documents, assess benefit claims and make corresponding decisions In close exchange with internal specialist departments as well as external contact persons, you move confidently and professionally You confidently create written and telephone information, decrees as well as information and decision letters You regularly use your language skills in German as well as French and/or Italian in customer contact (50% of the day) You actively participate in specialist meetings and contribute to the further development and optimization of processes and work instruments Qualifications You have successfully completed your basic commercial training or have a comparable training in the health or insurance environment Ideally, you already have initial experience in an insurance-related function - motivated career changers with suitable suitability are also welcome!
