The backoffice team has a lot planned and is looking for you to complement our location in Urnäsch (AR) as: Backoffice/Sales Support Employee 80-100% (m/f/d) - approx. 20 min. from St. Gallen What you do with us: Order processing including data entry in internal systems and provider tools Timely processing of telephone as well as written inquiries Active support of the B2B sales team Handling of telephone inquiries including active complaint management Customer support regarding device orders, repairs, information on contract details etc. in German and French. Your profile: A commercial basic education is a prerequisite for this interesting job. Initial professional experience in an administrative activity in internal sales, ideally in the telecom sector, is an advantage. You are proficient in using MS-Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). Stylish German language skills are a must, very good French skills (oral and written) are mandatory. Other languages (Italian, English) are a plus.
