Specialist / Project Manager as part of the BZU+ program (implementation of LHand) (h/f/d)

What you can move. • You support the program management in steering the projects. As a specialist (h/f/d), you assist in controlling the quality of multidisciplinary and complex transformation projects for main stations mainly located in French-speaking Switzerland. You are responsible for program objectives, financial management, deadlines, quality, and finding beneficial solutions. • Accompanying and technically supporting general and specialized project managers throughout all project phases (from study to awarding of the mandate and implementation) is part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you are involved in coordinating between OFT, CFF program management, and specialized units. • You ensure training for general and specialized project managers on the program's priority topics. • Adapting your communication to the program and project level, you are also in charge of promoting innovation and implementing optimization processes. What you bring. • You have experience in collaborating with stakeholders and know how to work with them in a solution-oriented manner. You also distinguish yourself with your conceptual and entrepreneurial skills. Furthermore, you are enthusiastic about complex projects. You demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and a pronounced spirit of initiative, are resistant to stress, and willingly engage in designing processes. • You are familiar with CFF and the fundamental steps of its processes and planning in the CFF Infrastructure domain. Additionally, you are able to critically examine mandates and project content based on your experience gained from projects and implementation. • For this function, a degree from a university of applied sciences or a specialized university in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is essential. With several years of professional experience in project management, you are looking for a position where you can utilize your previous experience and skills. • You possess at least a B2 level in French and German. Conducting specialized discussions in both national languages is not an obstacle for you.
