Start of position:   immediately or by arrangement Location:           Frenkendorf and Pratteln Your tasks: • You support and accompany the residents in a resource-oriented and individual manner • You plan and document the accompaniment of the residents and ensure quality • You work closely with professionals from referring agencies, authorities, and other VSP offers • You align your work with our vision "Mental illnesses are part of life" and the goals of the UN-CRPD What characterizes you: • You have a degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy • You have experience in accompanying people with a mental impairment • Irregular working hours in a 7-day operation do not bother you • Your high understanding of service, your openness to unconventional solution approaches, your humor, and your enthusiasm make you a valuable team member • You value mindful communication and commitment is important to you • You can remain calm in crisis situations and make independent decisions • You possess a driving license of category B We offer: • diverse and responsible activities in a dynamic working environment • at least 5 weeks of vacation • advantages in the pension fund • support for initial and further training • participation in supervisions Have we aroused your interest?
