• 30 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Ebikon Your tasks : • Calculation of GC/TC offers and general planner offers as well as their compilation • Assistance in the preparation of general contractor (GC) and turnkey (TC) contracts as well as general planner contracts • Preparation of approximate cost estimates, cost estimates as well as quotes for new constructions and renovations • Support to management in the acquisition phase • Assistance in the design and planning phase regarding profitability • Support to project management in the tender, award, execution and closing phases • Recording and management of cost indicators Your profile : • Basic training as a building draughtsman with additional training in HTL/FH architecture, site management or as a TS construction technician • Resilient, capable of working in a team and conscientious personality • Targeted and solution-oriented approach • Understanding of plans and quality as well as experience in calculation • Knowledge of SIA standards, construction laws and regulations • Good IT skills Your contact : Would you like to realize your ideas with us?
