Polymechanic CNC Specialist (m/f/d)

Our client, a leading technology company in the Zurich area, is looking for a passionate professional for production. Are you passionate about CAM programming and complex CNC processes? Do you master Siemens and Heidenhain controls on state-of-the-art systems? Do you want to actively help shape the industrialization of new products? Then we are looking for you as: Polymechanic CNC Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100% • You program and optimize CNC milling and turning processes (as well as EDM processes) and always keep the programs up to date • You are responsible for the industrialization and documentation of new components and safely commission them on the systems • You actively drive continuous process optimization through Lean methods such as KVP, 5S, and SMED • You accompany the mechanical development of new products in close cooperation with R&D as well as the Industrial Engineering department • You take on project responsibility in the evaluation of new machines, maintenance, and technical infrastructure • You provide tools and fixtures and hand over the complete documentation to production • You train the manufacturing employees and act as competent 2nd level support for technical problems Qualifications • You have basic training as a Polymechanic and sound CAM experience, ideally supplemented by technical further education at HF/FH level • You are experienced in handling Siemens and Heidenhain controls • You are very familiar with machines from Hermle, Nakamura, HAAS, or Chiron • You have a flair for efficient processes, ideally already bringing prior knowledge in Lean Management and 5S • You enjoy taking on responsibility in projects – from the new system to the entire infrastructure • You work logically, analytically, and very independently, correctly setting priorities even in hectic times • You convince as a team-oriented personality and command German fluently as well as English at a good level What our client offers you: • You benefit from flexible working hours and a hybrid working model that is perfectly tailored to your position • You receive attractive opportunities for professional and personal further education to constantly expand your know-how • You work in a 40-hour week and enjoy at least 25 days of vacation as well as an additional 4 to 7 bridge days per year • You use free parking spaces directly on site or benefit from a workplace with optimal connection to public transport • You benefit from discounted and healthy meals directly in the in-house staff restaurant. • You benefit from versatile additional benefits, such as cost contributions to your sporting activities Do you feel addressed?
