LPP occupational pension administrator (m/f/d) - Italian indispensable (80-100 %)

LPP Administrator M/F - Italian required Lausanne region and surroundings Mandated by one of our clients, a recognized institution active in occupational pension schemes, we are looking for an LPP administrator to strengthen a team specialized in the management of 2nd pillar files. Your responsibilities include notably: • The processing and follow-up of LPP files in compliance with procedures and deadlines • The management of requests from insured persons, affiliates, and partners (written / telephone) • The analysis and updating of administrative and contractual information • The follow-up of situations related to the life of the files (entries, exits, changes, insurance events, etc.) • Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders • Quality control of data and processing • Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and the smooth flow of service Your profile • Experience in administrative management in social insurance or occupational pension schemes. Certificates / Diplomas welcome. • Fluent Italian (imperative) with excellent command of French • Ease in processing files, sense of organization and rigor • Good interpersonal skills, sense of service and ability to manage exchanges with different interlocutors • Mastery of standard IT tools • Team spirit, reliability and discretion Motivated junior profiles with a solid first administrative experience are welcome. Senior/experienced profiles with LPP expertise will also find an environment commensurate with their skills.
