This is the contribution you can make • Independent organization of participation in meetings of parliamentary commissions in close coordination with the GS-WBF; ensuring the timely submission of correct dossiers for Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin; coordination of the participation of the Director and the line managers as well as activities in response to short-term inquiries from parliamentarians • Organization of session activities before, during and after the session; coordination of the support for the Federal Councillor during his parliamentary appearances in cooperation with the GS-WBF and the service areas; organization of question times as well as creation of the co-interest list and allocation of the leading and co-interested areas after each session • Allocation of incoming orders to the responsible service areas; formal and substantive control of the documents created by SECO as well as their timely forwarding to the GS-WBF; internal controlling to ensure compliance with the deadlines specified by the GS-WBF • Organization of the on-call service for the Federal Council meetings; communication with line managers: correct and rapid allocation of short-term incoming co-reports and statements; information about the results of the Federal Council meetings What makes you unique • Completed commercial apprenticeship, higher secondary school (Matur or vocational middle school) or equivalent training. • Above-average general knowledge, especially in economic policy matters, quick comprehension, high independence and personal responsibility, reliability, systematic way of working • Flair in dealing with specialized IT tools, customer orientation, discretion, flexibility and ability to work in a team • Good oral and written knowledge of two official languages; knowledge of a third official language completes your profile What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the well-being of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity, we develop our competencies and contribute different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
