Properties are more than just walls - they are living and working spaces. In this function, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. • Independent commercial and technical management of demanding residential and commercial properties in the AG/SO/ZH region (depending on the candidate's place of residence) • Observation of rental market and rental law developments • Active support of new and existing tenants as well as lease management • Vacancy management (re-letting) • Negotiation and creation of commercial lease agreements, addenda, and supplements • Acceptance and handover of rental objects, accompaniment of tenant fit-out projects • Preparation and auditing of demanding heating and operating cost statements • Creation of solution-oriented proposals to clients • Creation of reports • Forecast, budget and planning with responsibility for results • Leadership of assigned clerks and Facility Management service providers Requirements • Completion as Real Estate Manager with federal diploma (eidg.
