You lead the kitchen professionally and organizationally and shape the structure. You develop an offering that fits our daily rhythm, lead the kitchen team, and define processes, standards, and working methods that make the operation stable and reliable. Your personal touch is evident in the processes, in the quality, and in a kitchen that is regionally anchored and managed in a contemporary manner. Tasks Leading the kitchen team - recruitment, structure, induction Developing a seasonal kitchen concept - clear, fast offering for day guests at lunch – modern, alpine cuisine with a regional focus in the evenings - alpine classics interpreted in a contemporary way Accompanying the planning and implementation of the upcoming kitchen renovation Ensuring quality, hygiene, and stable processes Responsibility for food costs, orders, and suppliers Collaboration with local producers Close coordination with the Chef de Service and the Hotel Manager Presence in daily operations Building clear structures, processes, and standards Training and further development of the team Ensuring compliance with HACCP and food law regulations Responsibility for calculation and food cost control Requirements Training as Koch EFZ or equivalent Several years of experience as Sous-Chef or Head Chef Experience in establishments with a high volume of guests Joy in taking on responsibility and building structures Passion for alpine and healthy cuisine, regional products, and contemporary dishes Independent way of working and the desire to implement own ideas Experience in the establishment, further development, and leadership of a kitchen team Confident handling of ordering systems, calculation, and food costs Languages German: good in speaking and writing Other languages: an advantage Specific knowledge Experience in modern, regionally anchored cuisine Knowledge of HACCP and food safety Interest in healthy nutrition What we offer Around two months of vacation per year Support with the search for accommodation in Leukerbad Modern structures and development opportunities Working in a place with character and history Be part of a company oriented towards growth Attractive remuneration
